is it possible he really understands the relation between deeper ground, gravity and where the water will go? in the beginning he waits for the water to collect in the narrow mini creek, like he anticipated it.does he really understand that he changes the surroundings to influence the outcome? that would be phenomenal, and a bit concerning.
